See how to order for our contact details and accepted payment methods. We offer CD, DVD, CDROM, sheet music and book titles from companies and independent artists based in Scotland. If you have any other suggestions, comments, questions or complaints, please contact us. We endeavour to answer all queries within 2 working days and to respond promptly to any complaints. For email announcements of new Scottish and Celtic music releases and special offers every month, subscribe to our newsletter.

Making A Purchase
Browse or search our catalogue and choose items that you wish to add to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout now and you will be asked for delivery and card payment details. If your delivery address is outside the UK, at the final payment stage you will be given a choice of equivalent totals in UK pounds Sterling, US dollars or Euros. More information on how to order.

Despatch & Delivery
Please see our delivery information on each product page. Despatch of in-stock titles is next working day. UK 1st Class delivery in 1-2 working days is FREE. International Airmail delivery in 5-12 days is £2.60 / US$4.30 / euro3.55 per order (any number of items).

Tax Charges
UK VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% applies to UK and EC customers only.

Payment Security
Card payments are processed securely online by RBS WorldPay plc, a well-established and highly secure service. You may alternatively use your verified PayPal account through the same checkout process. Credit or debit card numbers are not known to us but are already stored by PayPal or collected by RBS WorldPay, who are both fully compliant with PCI-DSS (the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We guarantee to make good any losses resulting from fraudulent credit card activities arising from a transaction on our site. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are a member of the Federation Of Small Businesses (membership number 90/PL/40). Our music samples are licenced by PRS For Music.

Privacy Policy
We retain the contact information you provide through the ordering process in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information we collect is used only to facilitate delivery of your order and we do not disclose any information to third parties. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by us and used only for the purpose of one announcement message once per month. Cookies are used on the site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. Please contact us if you have any concerns about privacy.

Returns Policy

Please use only First Class (UK) or Standard Airmail (international) for items returned to us for any reason. We do not offer compensation for the increased expense of other carriage services. You may cancel all or part of your order at any time before it is despatched - please contact us for despatch status. If your order has already been despatched, please return the unwanted item(s) to us UNOPENED, or in the original condition, within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund the original item price (for non-UK customers, this refund does not include the original shipping charge). Damaged or faulty items, or any item despatched by us in error, should be returned to the address below. Please include a detailed description of any fault. Your card will be refunded for your return postage costs, and a replacement item sent if you request one. We do not offer a refund for any opened or used items which are not found to be faulty. To ensure safe transit, item(s) should be wrapped in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality. Any refund will occur within 7 days of cancellation, on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
